| 3 exercises to get toned legs like rosie huntington-whiteley |
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley gave a lesson in wearing mini dresses last night at the premier of beau Jason Statham's new film, Hummingbird.
Strutting the red carpet, the 5ft. 9in British model looked stunning on the arm of hard man Statham, wearing a Emilio Pucci Fall 2013 strapless mini frock.
Her hair was flawless (as ever), her make-up pretty, the dress cute as a button - but all anyone could see was legs, legs, legs.
As a yoga and organic health addict - Rosie is not afraid of a good workout. Often seen hitting the gym, she famously completed 18 workouts in just six days in the run up in Transformers 3.
Some other Rosie HW diet & fitness facts are:
She loves getting outdoors and going hiking or running.
Keeping hydrated is key, and she is a big advocate of drinking plenty of water.
Organic all the way. A fan of detox juices, and raw food – Rosie loves veggies.
She is keen into nutrition – Rosie doesn't eat food that is bad for her and is often seen reading up on the latest nutrition books.
Miss HW has three personal trainers around the world, to keep her in shape wherever she may be.
While you are never going to be able to make your legs longer (sorry – but it's true) you can make them leaner and more defined.
Try these three moves three times a week and see if you aren't rattling out the mini dresses in no time…
1. The calf blaster
Stand up straight, feet hip distance apart and bring your hands up behind your head. Bring your left knee up to hip level, keeping your toes pointed to the ground. Squeeze your abs as you go and then raise up on to your right toes, as high as you can. Hold, count to three, then lower. Repeat 15 times on each side.
2. Kick backs
Get on all fours, knees under your hips and hands slightly in front of your shoulders. Kick your left leg back straight out behind your body, as high as it will go. Keep your toes pointed and then cross your leg down over your right so your left toes touch the floor. Lift it up again, and then touch down to your left side. Repeat 15 times with both legs.
3. The walking lunge
When in the UK, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley heads over to James Duigan's Bodyism gym to work up a sweat – so here is one of their moves to tone your thighs and bum…
